Villa Maria Manor has an array of amenities to please everyone. Read the following to learn more about our building, and then schedule a visit to see us in person.
Library: Newly remodeled, our library is a great place to sit, read, solve puzzles, play games, browse the Internet, or just sit back and watch a movie.
Recreational Room: Used primarily as our meeting and party room, the “rec room” is a great place to mix and mingle with other residents for talk, coffee, or a friendly game of cards. There are a lot of activities that you’ll want to attend. Be sure to keep an eye on the calendar for upcoming events.
Laundry Room: Our on-site laundry facility is available every day of the week including Sundays. Our laundry room is equipped with top loading washers as well as front loading washers by SpeedQueen. Rates are very reasonable.
Exercise Room: Our exercise room offers a great way to stay fit with large treadmills, and exercise bikes. Good for the beginner and advanced alike. We also have snack and soft drink machines.
Beauty Shop: Open Tuesday through Saturday, our in-house beauty shop offers everything from hair styling to manicures. Hours are varied, but you can make an appointment.
Transportation: Villa Maria offers transportation to those who need to schedule trips to the doctors, pick up some groceries, or for trips to the bank. We also schedule regular shopping trips to major department stores.
Senior TV and Internet Service: As an alternate to the increasing costs of the local cable company, Villa Maria Manor has recently added the SeniorTV network to the building offering quality service with a wide variety of channels for a very low monthly rate. Additionally, Senior TV also offers a high-speed Internet connection for a mere fraction of what you'd commonly pay. SeniorTV is offered as an alternate to Comcast, but those who wish to retain their services are welcome to do so. For our current channel line-up, click here!
